Welcome to UNISERVE. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the UNISERVE platform provided by National University Dasmarinas. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be an authorized member of National University Dasmarinas or an approved partner organization to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of managing community extension projects and collaboration. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating any applicable local or national laws.
  • Submitting false or misleading information in engagement proposals.
  • Interfering with the security or operation of the platform.
  • Unauthorized access to data belonging to other users or projects.
  • Uploading malicious software or code.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, and content are the property of National University Dasmarinas. User-submitted engagement data remains the property of the respective implementers, subject to the university's research and extension policies regarding data usage for institutional reporting.

5. Limitation of Liability

UNISERVE is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime and data integrity, National University Dasmarinas shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to the extent permitted by law.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Cavite, Philippines.
